Feeding practices and developing good nutritional habits
Drink and snack choices and frequency are particularly important at this stage.
Pediatricians recommend not more than 4-6oz/day of fruit juice in a cup given at meal time.

Trauma prevention

Parents to do all or majority of oral hygiene for child, using a smear of fluoridated tooth paste, flossing if molar teeth are in tight contact.
